There are many factors that go into offering a specific quote for our home inspection services, however I can assure you that our fees are well worth our detailed services. Our prices are not the cheapest (and who wants cheap?) nor are they the most expensive.
Many people search the internet for the lowest possible price when they are considering a purchase or a service? You are likely making one of the biggest investments of your life. Is a "$199.00 special" inspection really what you want? Do you want to be one of 4 or 5 rushed inspections done in one day?
As a professional, licensed, certified, full time home inspector, we limit ourselves to two inspections per day, that way we are able to spend the time necessary to offer a professional and thorough service. We give you the personal attention you deserve, we will not rush or fall short on your inspection.
